Boring graphics and terrible music makes Bubble Bobble Nostalgie a bit disappointing. There's nothing very wrong with the game, but it doesn't seem to have improved any on the original and I found it all too boring. I wasn't a big fan of the original, but Bubble Bobble Nostalgie does seem pretty faithful. In truth, the graphics aren't very impressive, and nothing much seems to have changed since the original came out in 1986! The characters are cute, but the actual levels are very boring, and the music is headache-inducing Europop.
